Forrest is the creator of our patent pending main outdoor cooling system. He has been in some aspects of construction his entire life with the exception of the 6 years he served in the military and did a tour in Germany.

From running a cabinet shop, to general contractor specializing in remodeling and outdoor spaces. His knowledge goes way beyond just outdoor cooling and heating… making working with him and our team a very easy transition!

Forrest is born and raised in Texas, father to his daughter Tamra and pet parent to two rescue dogs Stella and Nala. The most recent highlight of his life has been to be called Pop by his granddaughter Olivia. His hobbies include: golf, tennis and enjoying the backyard pool and patio. Most of all, Danielle’s favorite part is he is a master Chef from cooking on the BGE to making homemade anything in the kitchen.  

After two years of college studying psychology and Kinesiology, Danielle realized that spending time with her two beautiful daughters was more important. 

After they found their own paths, she worked in the Title industry as VP of business development before being asked to join a roofing company to run the marketing department. While with them for 10 years, she met Forrest and made the decision to work for him. 

She too is the proud pet parent of Nala and Stella as well as Nana to an amazing Granddaughter Olivia. 

Although not Texas born, she made it here as fast as she could living in the San Antonio area from age 10-21, Houston area from age 21-29 and well she would rather not disclose her current age but has been in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for the rest so far. Her hobbies include: tennis, golf and enjoying the backyard pool and patio!
